Controlled digital leading (CDL) is a type of library service that seeks to promote the efficient use of library resources and assets in a digital environment. It is an extension of traditional cataloguing and digital preservation practices, but it is designed to manage and protect digital
content in a way that is more efficient and cost-effective.CDLis becoming increasingly popular among libraries as it enables them to manage and access digital content more effectively and efficiently. CDL is a comprehensive and integrated system that allows libraries to manage and access digital content securely and reliably. It also enables libraries to keep up with changing technology and provide users with access to digital content in a way that is both secure and reliable. CDLalso allows libraries to keep up with the ever-evolving digital world and provides
