The Central University of Haryana is an "A" Grade University recognised by the NAAC. It was founded in 2009 under the Central Universities Act. The present study investigates the research contribution of the Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh, in terms of its research output from 2011 to 2021, as reflected through the Scopus database. To fulfill the objectives, the present
study adopted a bibliometric analysis methodology. The study analysed the annual growth in scientific literature, the most prolific authors and departments, its national and international collaborations, the most preferred sources for publication, and citation patterns of the papers published by the University in eleven years (2011-2021). This study has been undertaken as no bibliometric study could be traced on the research output of this University. The results of this study can be beneficial to university administrators, policymakers, researchers, and others who might be interested in the research output of the university.
